Grief doesn't disappear. But it can be held.

Many people carry this feeling alone, unsure how to navigate it. This journal was designed as a companion for that space.

Living With The Blue was created for people learning to live in a world that has changed after loss.
Inside are guided reflections, gentle grounding exercises, memory pages, and small rituals that help you sit with grief while also returning to the present moment. The goal is not to make grief disappear. It is to help you hold it with care and understanding.

The ideas within this journal draw from psychological research on grief, expressive writing, and emotional processing, along with conversations with therapists and people who have experienced loss. Each page invites you to move slowly, to write honestly, and to remember the person you love in ways that feel meaningful to you.
